Put on your walking shoes ladies, and make sure to relax in one of those oh-so-chic cafe’s along the way.

Milan, Italy

Considered as one of the most fashionable cities in the world, Milan is the capital of world-class fashion shopping. It’s home to the biggest designers and most luxurious brands in the world. Think Armani, Versace, Dolce & Gabana, Prada, and many more. You can shop for clothing, handbags, shoes (OMG the shoes!!!), you could even shop for your dream car – Pagani, Lamborghini, Ferrari or the ultimate dream car an Alfa Romeo! Brmm Brmmm

Sneaky hint: If you hit Milan in December, you can double up with a taste of Italy’s Christmas Markets where you’ll find a wide range of festive wares, decorations, clothes, traditional food and hot drinks, as well as some souvenirs, just to complete the holiday experience. As a Christmassy bonus, several of the markets will also have entertainment activities that are perfect for families.

Hong Kong, China

For those looking to score some sweet, sweet sales and affordable bargains, look no further Hong Kong, China. As a shopping destination, this is Asia’s shopping mecca, home to a cacophony of shopping areas that will leave you completely mesmerized. You’ll find shopping districts, sprinkled with boutiques and massive malls, and whole market roads that will lead you astray into even more discoveries.

Istanbul, Turkey

For most visiting shoppers, the Grand Bazaar would be the obvious choice. Explore an oriental mix of almost anything and everything: from Turkish carpets and designer clothing, to traditional gold jewellery and exotic food. This is where you’ll also find the Spice Bazaar, which is equally fascinating and historic in its own right. The smells here are fantastic, with delicate herbs, heady spices, and an abundance of nuts and dried fruit from all around the world.

Take a walk into the Fatih District and hit up the Carasamba market – one of the world’s best traditional shopping experiences – take some cash with you for all the fascinating things you will want. On the other hand, for a more upmarket, classier and pricier shopping experience head on over to Istiklal Caddessi – it’s lined with local and international stores just ripe for the picking.

Paris, France

There’s a reason why Paris is well known as the world’s fashion capital and the ultimate shopping destination, with designer labels such as Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, and Chanel calling this city home. Visit Paris’ 8th Arrondissement (known as the Golden Triangle) located between three of the most famous boulevards, the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, the Avenue Montaigne, and the Avenue George V. It’s here you’ll find an exciting chic shopping scene that the true shopaholic dare not miss.

Our tip is to go on a shopping spree to coincide with Couture Week in January. This is where major stores slash their rates to almost unbelievable prices. If you can’t make it then, try off-peak travel season in August and September, which also offers great finds. Or set yourself up for an amazing, traditional shopping experience from early December to explore the traditional Christmas Markets of Paris.

London, United Kingdom

Landing in one of the best cities in the world means you get to experience one of the best shopping around. Hundreds, even thousands of designers, upmarket boutiques, malls and markets, all await the savvy shopper.
